IPC — Association Connecting Electronics Industries is looking to hire a DATA ANALYST


Responsible for managing and improving ERP, CRM and eCommerce data, ensuring users have required information available for conducting business (transactional, reporting, archival). Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: business data integrity and availability, ensuring users have appropriate access permissions and are able to use the data for day-to-day business purposes in the form of transactions, reports, alerts, emails, dashboards, for all business units. Performs NetSuite and Association Management System Administration.  Manages SQL database, AMS/NetSuite and Business Intelligence Initiatives. Provides key input and control for new initiatives such as new integrations or new development projects. This position also backs up and supports the Director of Data Management role.


Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, network engineering, computer networking, systems engineering or information technology & 2 Years of experience as Data Administrator or Data Analyst.  Will accept any job title so long as experience includes (may be concurrent): 1 year of Net Suite Administration and 2 years of SQL Reporting Services. Will accept any job title so long as experience includes: utilizing Microsoft Integration Services, Notification Services, Query Analyzer, and SQL Profiler; Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting including ODBC and other data connectors to export and manipulate data for export; extracting, transforming, and reporting on data; creating automated reports from NetSuite and SQL server for end user in multiple formats including Excel, Access, PDF, CSV.  Applicant must also have experience using database theory and design to create: relational database architecture to minimize redundancy; SQL query use for collection and summarization of data using inner and outer joins, nested if-then statement; avoiding stack overflow and race conditions; minimizing the amount of data queries run.
