Standards Development Manager

This role is critical in driving IPC’s mission to advance industry standards, training, and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead standards development projects and ensure timely publication.
  • Collaborate with task groups and industry experts to drive new standards.
  • Organize and support task group meetings, coordinating translation and publication.
  • Promote IPC standards through events and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in PCB, PCBA, wire harness, or electronic assembly.
  • Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes and IPC standards.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese & English.
  • Excellent communication & project management skills.

  • Develop and localize training materials, integrating IPC standards.
  • Support factory audits, consulting, and technical guidance.
  • Engage in industry events, client visits, and onsite support.
