Low pressure molding is used throughout the electronics and automotive electronics industries. This committee is responsible for maintaining IPC-7621. In addition to this guideline document, this task group would submit acceptability criteria to the J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, and possibly the IPC-A-630 acceptability standards. |
