This workshop will cover the systems and processes that address remanufacturing, recycling, reparability, reusability, upgradeability, and resource efficiency. USPAE and IPC would like to invite you to participate in an IC substrate workshop planned for May 16, 2024, in Washington, D.C. The workshop will further IPC’s work on a U.S. Department of Defense-funded project to study and recommend approaches to addressing the country’s lack of IC substrate manufacturing capabilities.

The International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society (IMAPS) and IPC will host a three-day Workshop to discuss and promote strategies to improve On-Shoring Advanced Packaging and Assembly, April 29 - May 1, 2024, at The Westin Arlington, Arlington, VA.
